The location was very good. We booked the Helen Park room but received a worse room in Helen, which was advertised as an upgrade. Only after complaining did we get our originally booked, slightly better room.

The staff helped us right away with parking, the location was excellent, and breakfast was rich and varied. The double bed’s mattress was on one side, but it didn’t bother us much for one night.

The staff were welcoming, the location was great in the city center, the room was fine and breakfast was good. Parking was a bit tricky, but there are public parking spots nearby.
