The location has parking, and after staying in St Davids I found that parking could be an issue if you need to walk from the car to some parts of the accommodation. The breakfast was pricey and somewhat limited, and you have to place your order the day before.

I didn’t get to use the stay because I had to cancel a paid reservation. They wouldn’t refund the already paid booking that was cancelled due to overbooking.

“I should have stayed at home”

Parking was very good with plenty of spaces, especially for a blue badge holder, and the manager was pleasant, though he struggled to understand me, probably because English was his second language. The ensuite bathroom had poor hygiene – the floor and toilet roll holder were dirty. My partner had no view because of the Velox attic window, and the TV had low contrast on its brightest setting and was very small. The manager wasn’t at the empty reception desk. On our last day we rang the bell to return our keys, waited for him, and he eventually came to see us, so we left without saying goodbye. Our visit to St Davids was very enjoyable and the beach was lovely; it’s a very friendly city.

The location is great, just a 10‑minute walk from the centre of St Davids, and the hosts are very kind and hospitable. They also serve a Sri Lankan buffet that is very delicious, which I really enjoyed.

“Last min weekend”

The hotel is nice and tidy, the staff are pleasant, and it’s less than a 10‑minute walk from town. I would have liked to have breakfast there.
