The staff were very friendly and helpful, and parking and hotel access were convenient. The building and furnishings are old and worn out, the cleaning could be better, and the sheets and pillows were old, faded, and needed replacement; the pillows also lacked dust‑mite and sweat protection.

The location is close to the airport and family visits, but the hotel is huge and formerly a luxury property whose accessibility is much poorer and there are few warungs or eateries nearby.
