The nature is very beautiful, the weather is very pleasant, the staff are very helpful and respectful, yet the breakfast wasn’t included in the booking, the restaurant prices are high, the location is far from the rest of the facilities, there are no open events or games, I have to return to the resort before 5 pm because the telephone stops and it’s the only entrance, and the cleanliness of the units wasn’t up to the required level.

I loved the place—beautiful and especially nice in spring and winter, and the staff went above and beyond with their service, smiles, and quick responses.

The location and cleanliness of the villas were great, but there was no shuttle service from Erbil center to the resort, nor the reverse.

I liked the spot and the snow, but we had to wait three hours before the room was handed over at 3 pm; the front‑desk told me to leave the next day at 11 am, and the price shown on the booking app was wrong—an extra $50 was taken instead of $25 for the extra bed, the western bathroom tap was broken, and only one bottle of drinking water was provided.
