The property was impeccably clean. The concierge was very accommodating, the staff were nice, and the hotel’s proximity to everything you need made it very convenient.

I had a fantastic time at Howard Johnson Plaza Dubai, just 600 meters from the shopping mall in Deira. Parking was convenient and the reception team was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially when they upgraded our room—a gesture I really appreciated. The room itself was clean, roomy, and equipped with everything needed for comfort. Overall, the service was warm and the location practical, so I’d definitely book again. The pool area could use a bit more decoration to feel more inviting, but it doesn’t detract much from an otherwise great stay.

Staff are good. Room wasn't clean and I changed it several times and I found a lot of cockroachs it was like nightmares and I couldn't sleep well. I felt like I wasted my money and I'm so frustrated
