“Overall a good place to stay”

The room was clean and roomy, and breakfast was decent but somewhat basic. The fruit was canned, there was little egg variety, and no fresh juices were offered.

The breakfast lady Mariella was outstanding, cheerful, and friendly, and the breakfast itself was fine. However, the reception staff didn’t know where the hotel was on the map, and the three receptionists had an unpleasant attitude toward several of us guests. The owner opened the door to the room and walked in, something I’ve never experienced. The claim that the hotel is 4++++ is false; I’d suggest 2+. The bathroom tiles and interior are damaged and need updating. It also seems to accommodate very large foreign groups.

“Value for money.”

The location is very convenient from Salzburg central station, and the room was a good size with the necessary toiletries.

“Estadía encantadora”

The staff service is excellent, and the room is very clean and comfortable. The location isn’t very central, but the hotel is in a residential area and very close to the train station, with great public transport connections.

We were in Europe for 1 month and visited 12 cities, and obviously stayed in 12 different hotels all over. This hotel was cleanest of all of them. They really strive to maintain the hotel immaculate. The tub and sink shined. The breakfast was one of the best we had during our trip. We liked that it was very close from the main train station, 6-min walk and we felt very safe walking around the area. We actually liked everything, but one of the staff members was a bit harsh
