The breakfast was solid, and the hotel sits right in the middle of the metro station and S-Bahn, which is handy. However, towels weren’t changed daily, the room wasn’t cleaned well—there was a fly and a spider—and one blonde receptionist was quite rude.

The rooms and bathrooms were spacious with a large bed and shower, the staff were courteous, breakfast was varied and complete, the location was excellent near the city center, and the garage was available. The elevator was broken, and my room lacked air conditioning and a wardrobe.
