The room was absolutely perfect, and there was nothing negative.

The location was great, close to the centre of town, and the food menu and live music were also great.

The food was good, but there was no shampoo, I stayed 5 days and no day was cleaned, there were plenty of spider webs in the room and wardrobe, and the heater was not working properly.

The room was super relaxing and every request was met with genuine honesty, but the sliding door to the bathroom needed a track adjustment to glide smoothly.
