Everything is perfect: the sea‑view room, quirky décor, spotless cleanliness, mini fridge, owner David, and the best breakfast you’ll ever have. The seafront location is on the nicer end of the promenade, and the attention to detail is flawless. I’ve already booked two more stays!

The host was fantastic and added a lot of extra touches that really added value. The beds were comfortable, the toiletries lovely, the decor eclectic, and the view was wonderful. The soundproofing between floors was good and the double glazing was excellent, but we could still hear our neighbour snoring through the walls.

Everything was perfect! The location was ideal and the accommodation was outstanding. David, the host, was incredibly friendly and helpful, cooking an amazing breakfast each morning and offering a fantastic selection of cereals and porridge while accommodating any allergies. The rooms were beautifully decorated and fully equipped, and a lot of thought went into creating such a wonderful, comfortable guesthouse. There was nothing to dislike.

Every aspect of my stay was excellent. David, the host, welcomed me warmly, and his attention to detail in each room was great value for the price. The luxurious room with a sea view, the convenient location, easy parking, and a lovely home‑cooked breakfast are why I have returned for years. There is nothing to dislike.

The location was excellent, and the attention to detail was amazing. Fresh flowers were in the room. There were too many things to mention.
