We’re back for a second stay, and the value is solid. The views are great, the beach is just across the road, the bed is large, the air‑con works well, the apartment is cleaned daily and the bed is made each day, and a short walk brings you into Mazarrón town with shops and restaurants nearby. It’s not fully wheelchair‑accessible. The bathroom is a bit small, but it’s fine for a place of this size.

Not far from shops, close to the sea, side view. The owner is available. The room and bathroom are too large, and it’s hard to have breakfast in the room.

My room had a balcony overlooking the beach and sea, which is nice, though the busy road between the house and the beach does interfere a bit. At night the room was quiet. The inner door handle of the bathroom door wasn’t screwed in properly and spun uselessly; noticing it in the morning after closing the door wakes you up. I tried to fix the latch with whatever I had on hand, which I managed to do. I informed the host upon departure and hope the issue has since been fixed.
