The pousada is amazing, the service, the place, the view, everything is perfect, I would definitely come back. I can say I liked everything.

“Muito caro pelo que oferece.”

The pictures are misleading; the hotel looks abandoned and the common areas are dirty. The staff keeps demanding extra fees. The place is pretty but the rooms are old and poorly maintained, and the guy knocked on our door at 06:30 to charge for breakfast, even though we’d already agreed to pay on departure several times. There were no staff, and we were lucky to have a new employee who’d only been there four days still manage to help us a bit. The breakfast was outrageously expensive for a coffee that clearly wasn’t prepared well.

“pessima”

The website needs fixing—it’s a scam. The cover photo shows a hot tub that isn’t there, the cleaning was awful, mold in the fridge, used soap in the bathroom, other people’s toilet paper, and probably used bed linens.

“Fotos diferentes do lugar”

We were warmly welcomed by the staff and the owner. The photos, however, show a completely different setting; we paid for one type of facility but ended up in another that only had a single photo on Booking, and the pictures of the facilities were group shots, not of the room, as the owner explained.

The location was good and the service excellent. The price, however, made the accommodation feel expensive.
