Nothing good, everything bad.

Nothing positive. The staff were rude and aggressive, especially toward my African American significant other. I saw several guests enter the supposedly “non pet friendly” hotel with pets, yet I was forced to pay a $25 pet fee the last time and was kicked out when I brought my dog this time, even after the desk told me it was fine. The staff shouted at me and my partner loudly in the parking lot. We’re not returning; the owner has been informed.

Absolutely nothing. They were racist towards my African American partner. After they told us that they allowed dogs the last time we had stayed (and charged us a CASH pet fee), the staff came RUNNING after us to then tell us to get out VERY unprofessionally and rudely. When my partner entered the room to bring some of our items inside he saw roaches crawling under the table, burnt holes from cigarettes in the blankets and over all just a very unpleasant room. I don’t recommend anyone to stay here. 0 stars. 0/10. Highly unprofessional and just not a clean environment

After checking in, the room was infested with roaches and the toilet seat was broken. I got a refund and moved to a different motel. I was there with six other family members, renting three rooms, all of which had roaches and other problems.
