Right on the lake with its own parking. Norbert is very friendly, straightforward and quick to help if something comes up. We thought the room was a duplex with its own terrace, but the rooms are actually on the second floor and have windows overlooking the lake.
The spot was great but it costs a lot… The host we met on the last day kindly dropped us off at the train station. I expected a duplex with a ground floor and a terrace, but the room was on the first floor and the terrace was shared with the fishing club and poorly maintained! The garden looked like a construction site. The “kitchen” was just a shared microwave in the corridor, so you can’t really cook. The location is 20 minutes from the train station and there’s no bus; for arrival the street goes down, but for the return it’s better to plan ahead.
Great location, close to the beach. Unfortunately only Hungarian TV channels were available.
The location was perfect for exploring the lake, with great restaurants right on the doorstep and parking that was a real plus. We chose this place because it had dining facilities, but those were limited to a microwave and crockery, and we had to wash up in the bathroom sink – not ideal. With such good weather we’d love to sit outside, but the lawn had been removed (just bare soil) and it felt awkward to use the terrace furniture while other people were using the downstairs area.
Excellent spot right on the lake, only separated by a playground and promenade. Great parking included. Very friendly phone contact for check‑in. Small cutlery and dish selection, microwave, kettle and coffee machine available. The beds were quite hard, otherwise everything was fine.
