Great value and a prime location, the all‑in‑one washer‑dryer was amazing, public transport was close, and the staff were friendly. The mattress lacked a full‑coverage sheet; fixing the bed every night for more than a couple of nights was inconvenient, but a cheap fix could improve the stay.

The response to problems was quick and good. Shampoo and other toiletries were missing and the replenishment was insufficient, so I couldn’t use them. I pulled a mattress beside the bed, but it didn’t fit; a double bed or a slightly smaller mattress would have helped. No prior notice meant I left with the air‑conditioner on, and when I returned the entrance door wouldn’t open, which was troublesome. The kettle and other items were dusty, making me reluctant to use them.

Excellent cost‑performance; everything needed for daily life was available, no complaints.

The location and safety were good. The vomit left by a previous guest wasn’t properly cleaned, producing a bad odor.
