The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was great and offered great value for money, and everything was clean and tidy. However, for two women traveling alone, the area felt unsafe at night.

The location was great, but the hotel only offers room cleaning for stays of three nights or more, which I find unacceptable; I understand linen changes but not room cleaning. I also reported at 9 am that the shower had low water pressure and the split was not working, yet no assistance was provided.

Barbaja Suites is an excellent B&B in an enviable spot right in the heart of the city, so there was no street noise and I slept very well. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and exceptionally courteous—highly recommend!
