Each city‑view room features parquet floors, air conditioning, minibar, kettle with teas, free Wi‑Fi, flat‑screen TV, and en‑suite bathrooms with toiletries and hairdryer. Nearby, restaurants, cafés, and Termini Station are within ten minutes, while Trevi Fountain and the Coliseum are a short metro ride away.

The location was good and the self‑check‑in instructions were clear. A burnt bulb was in the lamp by the bed, the espresso machine didn’t work, and the toilet paper was minimalist and had to be requested by 10 am. There was a metallic smell at the room entrance. The soap container in the shower was clogged. There were strong moisture stains on the side of the bathroom mirror, and the sink drain was partially blocked.

The location was excellent. There was a tiny fridge and a single‑dose coffee machine. The host was very nice. There was a ramp in the room that slipped, otherwise everything was fine.

The location is great if you want to walk or take the train quickly because it’s central and close to the station. I liked how friendly the landlord was and how easy everything worked out; everything was explained well. What we didn’t like was the noise from other guests; they claimed they had to shout in the hallway at 3 am. The doors and walls are thin, so you hear everything, but if people spoke at normal volume it wouldn’t be a problem. The room was generally clean, though a few small things caught our eye. The glasses had lipstick marks, and in the shower there was still packaging from a used hair mask, but these are things you can fix yourself quickly.
