The door lock can only be opened with a phone, and at 7 am it stopped working. The hotline isn’t available between 10 pm and 8 am, so I had to wait an hour and was late for my business appointment. A small consolation: it didn’t work for several others, and they also had to wait. What if it happens at 11 pm?

Clean, comfortable, simple access. Covered parking, spacious room, plenty of restaurants in the area (by car). A bit far from the fair, and there was no water bottle available because there were no automatic water dispensers; having those would have been handy.

Das Zimmer selbst ist sauber und toll ausgestattet. Bei der Ankunft konnten wir komfortabel einchecken und unser Gepäck aufs Zimmer stellen, nachts waren wir 1,5 Sunden beschäftigt, da es keine Internetverbindung gab und wir die Tür nicht öffnen konnten, App nicht funktionierte, keiner erreichbar war. Nach endlosen Versuchen konnten wir offline mit einer PIN über SMS einchecken, da war es 5.10 als wir ins Zimmer kamen. Wir wären wieder gefahren, aber uns Gepäck war eingeschlossen. Nie wieder!

Charging station for electric cars at the hotel. The WC bowl was not cleaned, the sink waste disposal was completely non‑functional, and the shower faucet was corroded.
