They canceled my stay with no notice.

Nothing positive; it was very dirty, the advertising was misleading about phones in the room, no one was at the front desk when needed, money was wasted, bugs infested the mattress, and I would never recommend it. Everything was falsely advertised.

The towels were completely stained and dirty, the whole room looked unclean, and noisy people outside were loud all day and late into the night; on top of that, there was no internet signal in the room and the TV didn’t work—very disappointing.
