I want to thank the staff for their kindness. I had a problem and needed to change my original booking from 3 nights, which was already in the penalty phase, but they still cancelled the reservation without charging me and set up a new one. Thanks 😊

It’s right in the centre and has everything you need, and honestly everything was fine.

The room was spotless and the air‑conditioning worked well, so I rated it eight out of ten. Nothing else to add.

The location was great, and you can walk to all the main sights; the manager was very attentive and friendly. The room was clean and spacious, and they let me drop off my luggage after a late departure. A quick suggestion: put an umbrella on the terrace so you can enjoy it during the day without melting under the extra‑strong Dominican sun 😋.

The stay was fine overall. It would have helped if the check‑in code had been sent a day earlier, because I had no internet outside.
