The staff were great, the breakfast and overall food were good and plentiful, everything was included, they were very kind, professional, and the pools and sea were stunning—this part was excellent. The beds had no blankets, only sheets, and were short and uncomfortable; the couple was in a single room. Initially we were put in a room we hadn’t booked, very far away, with insufficient staff to handle distant rooms, causing long waits. It was less pleasant until the next day when they insisted on replacing the mini‑bar refrigerator that wasn’t cooling. After moving to a central room, the beds were still uncomfortable, only sheets were provided, no blanket as expected in a hotel, and the wardrobe had two wool blankets but no down—this is not suitable for a hotel of this level and needs urgent improvement.
