The location was decent; taxis got you anywhere fast. Soundproofing was average, like most hotels. Check‑in and check‑out went quickly. The room was large, with two rooms and a huge bed. There was only one outlet near the bed, but that was enough. I agree with comments about the water and cleanliness. It wasn’t very clean, and there was a complaint about guests chewing on the bed sheet and I had to clean it. The restaurant staff seemed unaware of where they were. I waited 50 minutes for my order, then found out it had been forgotten. They also forgot what everyone had ordered, even after clarification. Breakfast was included, but the selection wasn’t very suitable.

The mattress and pillows were comfortable. Constant sewage noise and its smell were noticeable in the bathroom.

Breakfast was tasty, and you could buy extra dishes for a fee. We also ate lunch at the hotel; the food was good and inexpensive. The location is nice, close to the center and convenient for public transport. Staff were friendly and the place was clean.

It’s on the outskirts but within walking distance to Uman’s center and all main sights. Breakfast offered no choice. The pool is there but cold and only with a sauna.

The rooms were nice, clean, and cozy. It was warm in the room. Staff were friendly. The area was good.
