The hospitality and kindness were appreciated, but the room was tiny, everything could be heard in the hallway, and there was no fan.

“Almost a great hotel”

The room was decent and the spot was close enough to the airport, but the hotel tries to look more upscale than it really is. The lobby feels nice and the staff are friendly, yet they charge in US Dollars and sell a bottle of water for four times the normal price, which brings the image down. The room itself lacks the touches of a higher‑end place: no complimentary water bottle, no tea station, a TV that doesn’t work, no welcome book with menus, local guide, WiFi code, notebook, pen or decent lighting. Still, it has potential.

“Bom custo benefício para tradição para o aeroporto.”

The location is good and it’s worth the price for a single night since it’s close to the airport, but the area lacks amenities. At checkout I had to show the payment receipt from my earlier check‑in with another employee because it seemed the staff hadn’t recorded my payment and were trying to charge me again, but I had the card proof to prove otherwise.
