The staff were very good, especially Mr Lucky, the Hotel Manager, and Mr Abijeet, who handled food. Their service was quite good. However, there was continuous drilling on Sunday itself; I had to call reception 3 times to make it stop.

The location was great. Unfortunately, there was no possibility to get daylight.

Everything was perfect: the check‑in experience, assistance with cab/auto booking, and breakfast. The location is slightly inside a narrow street, making it hard to get an auto to the hotel. Cabs/taxis charged more because they took a different, longer route.

Overall maintenance was excellent. The room lock was a bit off, requiring 2‑3 attempts to close it properly.
