The room was so cozy and cute! The ac worked really well and the staff is so nice!!. The water in the shower was a bit finicky. Other than that the place was great!!!

The location near the Coliseum, the Terminus station is 10 minutes away, and the area is very quiet—perfect for walking to the most tourist spots. In the room there’s an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a small fridge. Perfect for the stay. The balcony door opened completely and wouldn’t close because it was broken, so we slept with it open.

The place was spotless, well‑located, and super easy to navigate.

I was pleased with the spot near Termini in a nice part of Rome, and the staff were friendly. The AC in our room was loud and couldn't be turned on without disturbing sleep, so we had to switch it off; we only stayed one night, so we couldn't file a complaint or see how they'd resolve it, but I’m sure they’d fix it if we stayed longer.
