We came for a balloon flight, so the place was an ideal starting point for Schloss Schielleiten. The room had a kettle and fridge, plus a dining table, a seating area, and a large wardrobe. The Kirchenwirt restaurant is nearby. The key was in a lockbox; for the three booked rooms a mail with a code link was sent, but the code didn't work. Arriving on Saturday, after several attempts that always went to voicemail, I finally reached someone at Jufa Stubenbergsee by phone. The provided code still didn't work, so I had to pick up the key at Jufa Stubenbergsee. In theory the system is fine, but in practice help for such issues should be more accessible.

Breakfast was sufficient and varied. The room was very large with a comfortable sitting area.

The bathroom was extremely dirty and unhygienic! We cut our stay short the next day—despite obvious hygiene issues the accommodation didn’t accommodate us.
