“Gutes Stadthotel mit schlechten Parkmöglichkeiten”

Parking at the NH Hotel is very poor: there is plenty of space, yet you cannot reserve a spot, so by 6 pm all are gone. Outside the hotel there is almost no parking and it is far away; the barrier often malfunctions, causing confusion, and the sign in front of the hotel that uses red/green to indicate whether parking is full or not usually does not match reality, as I experienced this year and last year at the same time. There is no parking reservation system; it is always first‑come, first‑serve. If you arrive after 6 pm, rain is pouring, and you have to park far away, you might consider booking again.

A modern hotel in a prime spot for a visit to the SAP Arena, reachable quickly by tram; the room was very quiet even though it faced the street, but the parking was somewhat pricey.

“Une nuit agréable mais parking complet”

I was greeted at the front desk even late into the evening, which was nice, but the parking was full and the hotel's location made it hard to find a spot, so I chose it for the parking and it was frustrating not to be able to park.
