“Great location and excellent breakfast, but poor soundproofing and average reception service.”

The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to get around. Breakfast was fantastic, offering a great variety of options and good‑quality food. However, the soundproofing was extremely poor, and noise from other rooms made it hard to relax. Reception service was disappointing; the staff could have been more welcoming, attentive, and professional. These issues negatively affected the overall experience.

The breakfast was excellent, featuring many homemade options like jams, a pasta that was roasted the night before, which gave the whole place a wonderful aroma, among other treats. The sound insulation, however, was lacking.

The location sits in the heart of a forest, in a small picturesque mountain town. The host is lovely and pleasant, ensuring our stay was enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is exceptional with homemade specialties prepared by the host. Every corner of the hotel tells a story about the place and the host’s family. It was wonderful.
