Good location, city centre within walking distance. Free parking in front of the door. The air‑conditioning was very loud. The room had no windows.

The place was spotless, perfect for families with small kids thanks to a fully equipped kitchen and a camping cot they provide. The bed was incredibly comfortable; after staying in many hotels for work, this B&B tops them all for cleanliness and bed comfort. The building is very new, which is another plus. Wi‑Fi could use improvement—it's weak throughout the city. The bathroom door lets in a bit of morning light; a blackout curtain would solve that. A white Ikea high chair would be handy for little ones.

The contact‑free arrival went smoothly thanks to a video sent by Graziella on WhatsApp. She was very responsive, answered all my questions immediately, and offered a way to get to the airport. A heads‑up: even though the airport is only 15 minutes away, there are no buses or shuttles, and taxi fares are steep. The B&B is spotlessly clean, well arranged, and the self‑serve breakfast lets you eat before an early flight. No complaints thanks to the airport transfer solution; otherwise the stay would have been problematic.
