Just the location. We had no Wi‑Fi, so we had to request one. The pool facilities are in bad shape, the rooms were clean, but we had to do the cleaning while still in the room. The parking is advertised as 24 hours, but if you arrive after 11 you can’t find a spot.

The staff treated me wonderfully; they actually moved me to a different room twice, and Miss Dulce was incredibly kind, just like another petite lady whose name escapes me. The rooms do show wear and tear to varying degrees, and I wish they would be better maintained.

The room was spacious and the staff very friendly, the pool was awesome with a sea view, and the food was perfect, but the room’s climate control didn’t work and we couldn’t adjust it.
