The accommodation is very close to the Disney Parks. Despite daily cleaning, it was still very dirty. The front desk staff didn’t speak English. The shuttle to the Disney Parks had poor schedules, making it unusable if you want to spend the whole day there. There were no curtains or lights at the beds. There was no common room or kitchen. It was basically a motel room with three bunk beds. The bathroom was tiny and the sink was inside the room.

“Not worth it if you like a clean bed.”

The proximity to the Disney parks, the easy check‑in, and the low price were positives. The duvet was disgusting – it smelled like someone from the streets who hadn’t showered in a long time. I had contacted the number provided in the check‑in email (after 11 pm when reception was closed) and the person was polite and managed to get me a replacement duvet from a different door. It wasn’t as bad as the original but still smelled funky. The duvets clearly weren’t washed regularly; when I turned on the lights, the filth was visible. No duvet covers were provided, which is the root cause. If the duvets aren’t cleaned regularly, at least a fresh duvet cover should be supplied. The towels also smelled off; they were clean but not pleasant. I brought my own towel and used it instead. This was my third stay at this hostel and I had no major complaints the first two times. It’s cheap and close to the parks, and I only went there to sleep. Compared to other hostels worldwide, the service feels low quality for the price, but it seems to be the only option in Orlando, so there’s nothing else to compare it to. I will never stay here again, and I sincerely hope they start using duvet covers or washing the duvets every few days.

The room is cleaned daily and offers plenty of space for storage, which was great for a longer stay. Having a microwave in the room is excellent and very convenient for multi-day guests. The fridge works well and is very useful. For a room that can hold six people, it could be larger. Parking is spacious with spots available throughout the stay. The pool is wonderful, very large, and definitely worth enjoying. Overall, the room’s layout is functional for a multi-day visit. However, there was no towel change or bed making or any housekeeping service during the entire week. That could be improved, especially for longer stays. The fridge, while good, is small for a room that accommodates up to six; a larger model would be better. It would help to clarify how the cleaning and towel service works, especially for guests staying multiple days.

“Good if you want a quick pit stop for one day”

It looks like a hotel, but all the amenities are close by, so it feels more like a hostel. The facilities are not clear.
