The place is very central and the room was spacious, giving plenty of room. The bed was very soft yet still comfortable, and the sheets were of good quality. The staff, however, were not very friendly overall; the woman who handled our check‑in was quite unfriendly, which feels out of place for a 4‑star property. At check‑out, a different woman was more professional. Our room lacked a standard vertical window—only narrow ceiling windows—something no photo on the website showed. Prices were very dynamic; just a few days after booking we saw a better room listed at a significantly lower rate. They told us they change prices constantly, so it would have been wiser to monitor rates for a few days before booking.
