“Desconfortable.”

The spot was convenient, but the shower system had a broken cold water tap, towels smelled bad, and the shower floor was moldy. My friends and I left very upset because we couldn’t wash properly. The cold bar in the room made a lot of noise, ruining our rest. We never saw the manager.

Great location near supermarkets, fully equipped shared kitchen. The room stayed hot even with the 11 °C outside and open windows; the fan helped regulate the temperature. Towels had a strong bad odor.

The only positives were the location and that the apartment had everything needed for a stay. The sheets were stained and not washed. Towels smelled like dirty feet and were also unwashed. The apartment was extremely hot in mid‑October, even after we turned off the heating.

There was a booking mix‑up that wasn’t your fault. I have two email addresses; the info went to the one I could only access from my computer at home in Sweden, while the other I could reach on my phone. I didn’t see the heater in the room, so it was a cold night. The toilet was hard to flush; I had to push hard to get it working. It’s not a major issue but needs fixing. I also lacked a blanket or duvet for sleeping. The toilet flush needs fixing; when using public transport it was far to walk because of the email mishap, leading to several extra calls.

The location was convenient, but the linens had stains and odors, and the listing didn’t clearly state that it was shared housing with seven other rooms, plus the room was poorly insulated.
