Everything was excellent: the communication before arrival, the friendly taxi driver (sent by the hotel), and the always‑available, professional receptionist. The building is very elegant in every detail, the room is spacious, spotless, and quiet, and the whole staff is kind. The hotel sits in the city centre, surrounded by many local restaurants and just a few steps from Piazza Skanderbeg. Tirana is a lively city full of history and modernity, and the people are warmly hospitable.

The hotel was spotless, with really modern rooms. The staff were very helpful. I was traveling alone and liked how close everything was and how safe the area felt. They were very helpful when I asked about transport to the airport and even booked my transport for my very early departure.

“Great location, staff, and value”

Super nice staff, very good communication for late check in. Great location. Excellent aircon and wifi. A bit rough and ready: a cracked window; a very loose shower shelf; lighted mirror that didn’t work. All negligible compared to the value!

A wonderful stay—10 out of 10! The hotel is exceptionally clean and in a very central location, just a two-minute walk from the airport bus stop. There is a café downstairs and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. My room was very spacious, bright, comfortable and spotlessly clean, with plenty of towels. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and even helped carry my suitcase upstairs/ downstairs. Their care and hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I only stayed for one night, but I would have loved to stay longer! A little gem in Tirana! I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. N/A
