The room and bathroom were absolutely sparkling. Check‑in and check‑out were seamless, even though my flight was delayed by several hours. The toiletries were excellent, and there was plenty of tea and coffee sachets plus a really clean kettle. The staff acted quickly on a minor AC issue and responded courteously to the room‑service request. They were well informed, and the welcome perfume was a really nice touch. I loved it. The breakfast selection, especially in the room‑service menu, could be better.
