“Alguns detalhes fariam a pousada ser ótima”

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Because we were running a race, they moved breakfast forward so competitors could enjoy it. The lodge is pretty, safe, and the breakfast is very good. The bathroom is spacious, the electric shower has good flow and is hot. The bed had a soft, uncomfortable mattress, and the air‑conditioner needed filter cleaning because it emitted a strong mold smell when turned on. There was no mirror in the room.

The location was great, but the front desk staff were unprepared, I got charged twice on my credit card and no one answered to fix it.

The staff were very welcoming and polite, super helpful, everything was spotless and organized, the place was very calm and quiet, we came to relax and everything worked out. In the room I heard the machine that keeps the pool heated, that was the only thing that bothered me, especially since it rained every day we were there and we spent a lot of time in the room; if we were outside that wouldn't be an issue. Next time I'll ask for a different room.

As instalações são muito boas. O café da manhã estava bem completo. O serviço de limpeza e atendimento estava muito bom. 1) Poucas vagas para estacionamento. 2) O período de funcionamento da piscina é muito restrito. 3) Falta de um espaço para prática de atividades físicas contendo uma esteira/bicicleta

The staff service was great, the coffee was wonderful. The bathroom had a very strong odor, probably from the plumbing.
