The cleanliness was impeccable, breakfast was great, the view of the sea was stunning, staff were attentive and helpful, the pool depth was excellent and parking was available.

The reception was good. The outlet didn't work properly, there was low voltage.

The view was nice. The facilities were old and poorly maintained; the room smelled like mold and there was visible mold on the walls and ceiling. The blanket had a bad smell, the blackout curtain didn't work well, the staff were rude. Because the hotel was less crowded, they served a much simpler breakfast, no fresh bread, completely contrary to what they advertise. The bathroom tap was loose.

The service is excellent. Everyone was very courteous, but the reception staff, especially Wander, was extremely attentive and made a difference. The rooms were great and the breakfast was also good.
