The staff were friendly and the parking area was pleasant, but the facilities felt old.

“Foi boa!”

The team was always very attentive; when we arrived the lobby was quite busy yet we were still well taken care of. Our room lacked towels and blankets, and when we asked at reception we were told to pick them up in the lobby. Also the TV remote didn’t work despite several attempts, but it didn’t really ruin our stay.

“NÃO CUMPRIRAM COM A PALAVRA”

Nothing positive. My wife and I had to cancel our booking because the ad didn’t make it clear that the bathroom was outside the room. The night‑shift receptionist said we could only cancel via the booking app, so we did. We waited at reception for the booking email confirming the cancellation, but oddly it never arrived. The receptionist promised to cancel once the email came, so we left to find a cheaper hotel with an in‑room bathroom. Later I checked my email and booking replied that the hotel had declined the cancellation because they offered another room, which we refused because the price was too high. We left after the receptionist’s word that the cancellation would happen. I’m proud of the Japanese, never met one without a word of assurance. It was a sad experience, even if it was only at reception, and I noticed other guests had questionable issues, like a R$60 price hike from one week to the next.

Cafe da Manhã was good, but the room had an old suitcase, yellow sheets, and the worst part, the bathroom was outside the room. I will never stay at this hotel again.
