Rooms were spotless, our thanks to Alesha for that. The manager was excellent he was very helpful and couldn't do enough for us to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Customer service was excellent, I believe the managers name was WILL. Thanks . Will be staying there again. Nothing

The vibe here is great and the place feels historic. The rooms are modern yet keep original features. The room was freezing; the AC/heating unit didn’t heat properly, so even with two duvets I was still cold.

I felt good overall. The staff were helpful and friendly. Room 3 was a family room, clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee, and biscuits were great.
