I was charged twice for a room that cost $282.31 and the hotel still hasn’t fixed it. They need to refund the full amount because I paid with a different card, and the staff said they’d talk to Booking about this quickly since I’m a frequent customer. Don’t ignore this message; resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Ubicación. La experiencia fue mala con el personal, doble cargo por una habitacion y aun no se ha resuelto el problema. Se debe regresar el cargo de $282.31 a la cuenta puesta en booking ya que el hotel nos ha dicho que lo harán y hablaran con booking respecto a ello. El hotel sucio, sin agua caliente para la ducha, camas con orina, servicio al cliente sin soluciones. Una experiencia pecaminosa con relacion a los precios
