The customer service was excellent and the food was really good. This hotel is very outdated and desperately needs a revamp. Definitely not value for money either

We stayed close to the venues for our shows, and the breakfast and valet parking were convenient and seemed affordable. The room looked unclean on the floor, the bath water wouldn’t flow when switching from the shower head, and the pool sign was wrong—my partner got locked in the stairwell because the door’s timing was mislabelled.
