Rooms feature air-conditioning, private bathrooms, city views, and modern amenities like free WiFi, streaming services, and soundproofing. The location was very good, the place was clean, the amenities were solid, and the wine bottle was a nice touch; it was easy to find the place and I had good communication with the host via WhatsApp, though parking can be a challenge but I always found a spot on the nearby streets.

Domus Vivendi is a 20 outta 10!!! Emily was extremely kind and truly hospitable, going above and beyond! After another local hotel cancelled my reservation right in front of me, Domus Vivendi saved the day by promptly checking me into their King Suite; the room is charming and the location is perfect! Whenever I’m in Chania, I’ll only book my stays here.

The location was spot‑on and everything stayed pristine, giving the place a high‑end vibe; the room was pretty and had everything we needed, and the staff were ready to help with any request, even throwing in complimentary wine on arrival – a fantastic spot that I’ll definitely return to. The only hiccup was the hot tub: it ran out of hot water quickly and stayed cold the next morning, so I didn’t get to use it much; the solar‑panel heating and the Wi‑Fi on the TV had minor glitches, but the place is otherwise amazing.

The spot sits right in the heart of Chania’s historic centre, tucked into a quiet alley away from the city traffic. The room was spotless and cozy, and the extra jacuzzi was a nice bonus. Our host was extremely helpful, caring deeply about every request and question. Everything was great, though the central location made finding parking a bit tricky; the host kindly suggested several parking spots.
