The place is beautiful. Getting there was a bit of a hassle.

The location by the lake is peaceful, with some landscaping and stylish interior décor. The staff were generally accommodating and communicated via WhatsApp. However, the rooms had poor noise insulation, picking up noise from the neighbouring room and audible bass from music on the premises. Some service was slightly unusual: we were asked to pay immediately upon check‑in, with no invoice, even though a credit card had been pre‑authorised. The reception staff did not speak English and were not available when we urgently needed them. There was no laundry service and a few maintenance issues.

The location is good. There was no water on the morning of Monday 12‑Oct‑2026, arriving very late, almost at checkout time. There was also no hot water.

The restaurant is a must‑visit, highly recommended for its food and service. The pool bar isn’t working, and the games were reserved for an event; because of that event there was a lot of noise even from early on while everything was being set up, and the weather hardly cooled at all.
