The location was solid, a short walk to Myeongdong Night Market and within reach of two metro stations, and I paid £17 a night, which felt reasonable. I liked my pod; it got a bit warm but was otherwise comfy. There was no staff present, and the 4 pm check‑in felt annoying—my bag was left where they said I could, yet anyone could have just walked in and taken it. The showers were on the cellar floor, which was inconvenient.

I walked in to find everything already dirty, the only staff member was unhelpful and kept telling me to read the sign, the bed wasn’t cleaned on time because he claimed an emergency (which I didn’t buy), and no one else was waiting for their room—just a sign that they were late with cleaning.

The bed and duvet were super comfy, and the storage locker was huge! Right outside, CU and a market made it super convenient. The bathroom floor kept pooling water that wouldn’t drain. The elevator door opened straight into the room—odd! A girl accidentally pressed the wrong floor and ended up in a male dorm, so privacy was lacking. The station was a little far from the hotel.
