The location was great, but the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, raising doubts about the rest of the room, and the thermostat didn’t work.

The hotel was clean and the concierge was very nice, but the beds were uncomfortable and our room wasn’t cleaned for two consecutive days, with no fresh towels and no offer of any compensation.

The location was great, but it was a pity that assistance couldn't be provided in the native language.
