I liked the location and was lucky to have absolutely exceptional staff, but the stairs to the floor are uncomfortable (subjective, as I’m an older person) and I expected basic toiletries, especially a soap (liquid or bar) that’s easier to use.

The location, accommodation, and food were good, but there was no fridge in the room.

The place was clean and comfortable, but we checked in together and only received four sets of bedding.
