“Disappointing...Not worth the price”

Breakfast selections were o.k. Location was near where I was hiking & exploring. Property is really showing its age. I had to shut off my ac because the guest next door did his smoking outside his room & the smell was getting pulled into my room. There was no fitness room and no restaurants in walking distance. Upon checkout, front desk told me they could not provide a copy of my final bill as I had booked . Every one of the 6 other hotels on my trip printed out a final bill for me despite all of them being booked

Everyone there was friendly, the pool was clean, and the room was clean. The bed was too firm for me; with my back problems it didn’t help, and I had a hard time sleeping on it.

“Ideal para pasar unos días.”

The hotel is very comfortable, and you can park right in front of the room. The room is cozy, ideal for a couple of days, and it’s close to the center. They offer coffee and snacks in the morning as a breakfast. It’s very close to Helen, a wonderful town to explore, and other beautiful spots. We used it to spend the night on our way back to Atlanta and it was super convenient. No complaints.

The staff were friendly and helpful, yet the room’s old equipment was a hassle—outdated outlets made adapters tricky, there weren’t enough sockets around the bed for my phone, and the shower fixtures were worn out with no handheld sprayer.
