The place is always spot‑on for me when I’m in Santiago; the staff are genuinely friendly and the service is solid. The only downside was the chatter from other guests that could get noisy at times.

The terrace is really nice, offering a pleasant spot to relax, and the lady at the front desk was exceptionally courteous. It added a nice touch to an otherwise simple stay.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable, giving me a good night’s sleep after a long day of travel. Nothing else stood out, but the mattress alone made the room worthwhile.

The hotel’s location was perfect for my itinerary, just a short walk from where I needed to be. Unfortunately, the shower only had cold water and there were no basic toiletries like shampoo or soap provided.
