The property is good, but the staff are not at all friendly. It’s not suitable for families at all, geysers are missing in some rooms, and the staff are not good.

The location is good, but we were let down by the hotel. The pictures did not match the actual room at all—it was run down and dirty. The beds were all worn out and the sheets were stained.

I was drawn to this hotel's central location in Pahar Ganj, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area. However, I found it surprisingly difficult to find the hotel itself, which was a bit of a challenge. Despite the initial confusion, I was happy to have chosen this hotel for its convenient location, even if it required a bit of effort to locate.

We stayed at a palace hotel that was literally right behind a famous Jewish center. I wish I could provide more information, but unfortunately, the review is too brief.
