The new brutal wooden furniture in the restaurant clashes badly with the Jugendstil building; it would only fit in an old structure or outdoors.

The location is great and the breakfast is good, plus there’s a free parking lot and friendly staff, but the spa area isn’t great and smells strongly of chlorine.

The hotel is stylishly furnished, the staff are helpful, and the location in the center of Pece pod Sňežkou is excellent; the room is tastefully decorated, clean, and the beds have good mattresses, with the option to use the hotel wellness. The restaurant only opens until 21:00, and in October we had to wait a bit for coffee at the bar during breakfast due to the larger crowd. The room lacked an electric kettle and tea service. The wellness is small and if you don’t book early enough you can’t get in; it should be expanded and improved.
