The staff were friendly and the location was good, but the beds were uncomfortable even though the room was a decent size. They promised shower gel and shampoo but none were provided, and there was no place to hang a towel in the bathroom. The breakfast was advertised as continental with a variety of items, yet it was very basic and didn’t justify the price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean with tea and coffee facilities, plus the beds were comfortable. I stayed during the games room’s renovation, so the usual game machines were unavailable, though the pool table was still playable. My room had a TV, but there was no remote, the bathroom door didn’t close fully, and the toilet didn’t flush with enough power.

We just spent a weekend there as a family of five (2 adults, 3 children). From arrival to departure, the experience was amazing; staff were always ready to help and very friendly. The room was lovely, clean, and spacious, as was the rest of the hotel. We’re already planning our next stay 🥰.

The location is fantastic for the Sandcastle Waterpark and Pleasure Beach, and the area is quiet and away from the noisy part of town, which is great for sleeping. The Wi‑Fi signal was weak, making online booking of attractions difficult and time‑consuming 😬.
